Grounded in the Oxygen Advantage® approach. Your breath is always with you—yet most of us move through life without ever truly knowing it. This 3-session journey (to be completed within one month) invites you to observe, re-train, and gradually take ownership of your breath as a tool for presence, resilience, and everyday wellbeing. Each session draws on the Oxygen Advantage® method and is tailored to where you are. Some people need gentle support for stress or sleep, others seek focus, energy, or athletic recovery. That is why we work in three steps—long enough to create real change, but short enough to stay clear and intentional. SESSION 1 – Awareness & Connection: Discover how you breathe today. Observe your patterns, measure your BOLT score, and experience the impact of small shifts. SESSION 2 – Exploration & Practice: Learn Oxygen Advantage® techniques to support your goals—whether that is regulating energy, calming your nervous system, or improving performance. SESSION 3 – Integration & Ownership: Anchor your learning with a personal practice you can take into daily life, giving you confidence and clarity in how to use your breath for the level you aim for.
