Duration: 90 minutes, plus 20 min exchange in advance, this includes preparation and follow-up reflections. Because these sessions are personal they are not booked through an online system. To remember the clarity, strength, and softness that already live within you. This 90-minute Lys by Heart session is a deeply personal space to reconnect with yourself—beyond roles, expectations, and daily noise. Whether you’re navigating change, seeking clarity, or simply longing for a moment of grounded presence or imagination the session meets you where you are. With nature and breath as our compass, you’ll be gently guided through: • Seasonal reflection to align with what life is asking of you right now • Grounding and empowering breathwork and intuitive body awareness • A restorative integration practice (Shavasana, seated stillness, or guided visualization) • Intuitive writing or verbal mantra to anchor the experience Each session draws from a palette of tools—breathwork, subconscious exploration, somatic practices, NLP, and life coaching—present depending on your needs in the moment. We exchange before the session 20 min so once you arrive, it is clear what you wish to work with. You’ll leave feeling more rooted in yourself. A soft landing and everyday supporting practice with closure the session.
