Karin T.
Brath

Karin T. Brath is first and foremost a nature catalyst — awakening the self-sustain potential from within and reminding us of our belonging to something bigger.

As a Forest Therapist and Breathwork facilitator trained in several approaches including Oxygen Advantage®, she blends functional breathing, body awareness, and seasonal cycles with holistic practices that restore balance and vitality.

Founder of Lysbyheart, Karin’s work is dedicated to facilitating individuals and groups into this awakening. Through guided sessions, retreats by the sea, and nature-rooted explorations, she creates nurturing spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and grow more attuned to the light within and around them.

She believes that self-sustain is not about fixing ourselves, but about remembering our innate wholeness — as part of the greater web of life.

Lysbyheart

Lysbyheart is a heartfelt tribute to the quiet, transformative power of love and light. The name was born during one of life’s most tender seasons—when I was pregnant with my daughter. I called her my little Lys. In Danish, Lys means light. In French, it’s the lily—a symbol of purity and renewal. Today it has become a whisper to Love Your Self.

As she grew inside me, so did a love I had never known—grand, grounding, and radiant. It filled me with clarity, energy, and a sense of purpose that has shaped everything since.
That light, I realized, is in all of us—our vitality, strength, and softness—always present, simply waiting to be nurtured.

The practice of Lysbyheart is a celebration of that inner light. As it evolves from individuality to oneness.
Rooted in nature, stillness, and seasonal rhythm, the practice offers a gentle invitation to slow down and listen—to your breath, your body, and the voice within.

To step out of performance and return to presence. To reconnect not just for a moment, but in a way that sustains.

It’s a continuous practice. A path. A soft rebellion against the speed of the world with the purpose to come home to yourself.
Lysbyheart is not something you chase.
It’s something you recall.
