4 Weekly Live Sessions
Each week blends two Morning Awakenings and two Evening Restoratives to support both your rise and your rest. Mornings offer breathwork and gentle mobility to ground your day, while evenings guide you to unwind, regulate and soften into deep rest—creating a steady rhythm that helps you feel centred throughout the week.

Community Circle
Every two weeks, we gather for a 60-minute circle limited to 20 women—an intimate space for real connection. Come to pause, speak, listen or simply sit in silence. It’s a moment to return to yourself, witness where you are in life and in the season and feel supported by a community that understands the value of presence.

21-Day Devotion Challenge
Each month, you’re invited into a 21-day devotion—long enough for your nervous system to begin releasing old patterns and welcoming new, supportive ones. Every challenge follows the natural rhythm of the season, helping your inner landscape evolve with the outer one. It’s a gentle monthly reset that feels organic and deeply aligned with the cycle you’re living in.
